EIP Expansion

Energy Infrastructure Partners began with a clear premise: utilities, governments, and large energy users need a partner who is as committed to technical performance as to advancing equity and inclusion across the energy sector.

EIP has now expanded to almost 50 employees across six hubs in Los Angeles, Portland, Chicago, Rochester, New York City, and Philadelphia, and we’re actively hiring for even more roles. As the organization continues to grow, we took time to reflect on how we work, not just what we do. This resulted in a refreshed set of six core values that shape our culture, drive our decisions, and set the standard for how EIPers work every day.

EIP Core Values:

How We Maintain the EIP Culture Across Hubs

With any growing national organization, it can be challenging to maintain consistent culture across each location. After aligning on our EIP core values, we wanted to recognize the employees who are already embodying these values.

We launched the EIP Culture Champions in April. This is our new peer-nominated employee recognition program designed to celebrate employees who bring these core values to life through their everyday actions, collaboration, leadership and results.

The program reinforces the behaviors that strengthen our culture, support our teams, and reflect how we want to show up for one another and our clients across each of our hubs.

Each month, our team recognizes three employees during an all-staff meeting, and on social media. Keep an eye on our LinkedIn and Instagram for future recognitions. We are excited to continue celebrating the people who contribute to EIP’s work.
