### The Story of EIP

Renny Paige founded EIP in 2011 to develop and finance energy, transportation, and water infrastructure projects across the US. Since then, we’ve gained expertise in planning and implementing resource efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental justice programs across many sectors.

EIP thrives at the intersection of resource efficiency, clean energy, and sustainability. Our technical and engineering skills, paired with strategic and financial advisory services, enable us to manage complex projects from strategy and planning to execution.
