Introducing Our First Annual Impact Report

We are proud to share Energy Infrastructure Partners’ (EIP) inaugural Impact Report, a milestone that reflects not only the results of 2024 but also the values and commitments that drive our work every day.

Since our founding in 2011, EIP has been dedicated to building infrastructure and solutions that deliver measurable energy savings, empower communities, and foster equitable growth. As a certified minority-owned business with eight state certifications, we approach this work with a unique perspective. Our focus is on environmental justice, workforce diversity, and creative problem-solving.

Driving Impact Through Action

At the heart of EIP is a simple goal: deliver measurable impact and build a sustainable, inclusive energy future for all. In 2024, we advanced that goal by:

  • Designing and implementing innovative energy efficiency programs across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Supporting renewable energy adoption and decarbonization efforts.
  • Expanding clean energy access in underserved communities.
  • Forging partnerships that amplify impact and create opportunities for equity.

Highlights From 2024

The numbers tell a powerful story, but so do the people and communities behind them.

  • 8M kWh in potential energy savings identified through NYSEG’s new Retro-commissioning Program, launched mid-year and already building a strong project pipeline.
  • 240,000+ kWh saved through our Healthier Homes Initiative in Illinois, where families are already reporting cleaner air and improved quality of life.
  • 72.8M kWh in energy savings delivered by our Midstream Lighting Outreach Team in Oregon. That is the equivalent of taking over 11,000 homes off the grid for a year.
  • 95M dollars secured in financing through advisory services that helped building owners comply with new decarbonization regulations.
  • 480 million lbs of CO₂ avoided, reflecting our commitment to measurable, scalable impact.

Beyond the Numbers

Impact is about more than kilowatt-hours and carbon reductions. It is about:

  • Families in healthier homes where children can breathe easier.
  • Small businesses reducing costs and reinvesting in their future.
  • Industrial partners who not only save energy but also improve processes and productivity.
  • Communities that have a seat at the table in shaping a clean, equitable energy future.

Our employees also embody this commitment, giving back through volunteer work in local communities. In 2024 we joined a tree planting initiative in Portland, supported food repacking in Chicago, and participated in urban gardening in Brooklyn.

Looking Ahead

As we move into 2025, we remain committed to scaling our impact. That means:

  • Expanding programs like Healthier Homes and manufactured housing replacements.
  • Helping our partners reach ambitious decarbonization goals.
  • Continuing to invest in community-centered innovation.
  • Growing our national presence while staying grounded in local expertise
